(X)PS....I Love You

Mmmmm....is there anything prettier than a new laptop right out of the box?

Beavis has to transfer over all his files, and then it's time to play.

Dude, you're still buying PC laptops?

Oh, Dude.

From my shiny 24 inch Imac (from which I can run Windows in Parallel for those brief ugly moments when I need it) I weep for you.

You're not ready for formats.

Go write a bible!

Duder...my bible could kick your formats ass anytime anywhere.

Spent the past year playing on a MacBook (which could also run Windows in Parallel), and was generally satisfied but something was missing...

I think I went back because...erm...I like to 'right click'.

Macs can right click you just hold down the control key, or buy a mouse with the right click that is compatible with mac, most are.

I agree with dmc, the i mac is almost as portable as a lappy but offers more punch for the price.

At least you got a good PC, a really good one, dell's are ranked in the top and you got the top so I assume its good. Vista is crap.

An iMac is a laptop folded open 180 degrees, covered in plastic, and glued to a stand.

Hey, it's shiny...

And beats the crap out of my old G4 PowerBook, which is on its way to becoming a pricey doorstop... :-(

That's an excellent choice. Way more bang for your buck than a mac. Too bad it doesn't come with XP though.

Yeah...that whole XP vs Vista thing makes me sweat a little --- I've heard nothing but muttering about Vista, and now as I begin to load drivers and printers onto the XPS, I wonder if I'll be muttering soon as well.
