No, I'm not referring to the recent CRTC decision requiring each of the Canadian broadcaster ownership groups to file/release the financial data (aka their programming spends) on behalf of the licensed broadcasting undertakings within their respective groups (aka each of the channels they own)...I'm referring to one of the 'holy grail's' of comedy.
